GFreedom Team consists of 2 people: George and Nihal. They present the radio show called "Prog & Roll" which you can listen every Sunday night between 20.00 - 22.00GMT.(22.00 - 24.00 Greek time).

As for the show itself, they play various types of music as long as they fall under the category of "Progressive orientated", among which most commonly played genres are: Symphonic Prog, Prog-Folk, Prog Metal, Neo-Prog etc...

Every now & then they employ little surprises coming as "theme shows" and music contests.

They prefer utmost participation from the audience, to which end they encourage their listeners to vote on each song on a scale from 1-10, in order to come up with a Top-12 song list at the end of every year.

In order to appeal to multinational listeners the show is in two languages: Greek and English!
